| Besides holding a degree in computer programming, the owner/designer of
Skiingthenet.com worked her way up in the ski industry from lift
operator to ski patroller to over 20 years in management. Positions held include Rental Shop
Manager, Ski Patrol Director and Mountain Operations Manager. Having experienced first hand the challenges
of hiring within this high turnover, seasonal industry, the designer created SkiingtheNet.com
to fill a known void in the ability to reach candidates at all levels with
all types of professional backgrounds and experience. |

| SkiingtheNet.com has created one forum where Job Seekers can rapidly see what
employment opportunities are currently available in the ski and snow sports
industries. The process of looking for a job can be arduous. Many career sites
are designed and automated with the ease of the Web Developer/Maintainer in
mind, instead of the Job Seeker. We realize that candidates looking for jobs
want to see what is available with as little download time and as few clicks as
possible. Unlike people shopping for a winter vacation site, they are seeking
to accomplish a goal without following endless hyperlinks or waiting for
elaborate graphics. Also, providing Job Listings by Category,
rather than requiring the candidate to type in a list of keywords, makes it
much simpler for the job seekers to match their skills to available positions. Our
Job Listings by Employer page furnishes a location where
all employers with recruiting pages can be seen. Ideally, the Job Seeker would
only need to visit this page to view all the different employers providing online

manufacturers, by popular demand, SkiingtheNet.com
has added listings from operators of ski shops, hotels, restaurants and other
service facilities. As the ski season comes to a close, listings appear for summer resorts in the Northern Hemisphere
and ski resorts in the Southern Hemisphere. |

confines of merely providing a recruiting tool. The designers, still actively
involved in the ski industry, understand and appreciate the convenience of having
immediate contact with other industry leaders to buy, sell, trade, exchange
